Slaughter, Kix & Faster Pussycat

Blackhorse Limo knows how to pack a house. When they offer up a free concert weekend, people show up. On Friday night, December 9, 2016, Warehouse Live hosted three bands from the 80's that rocked this venue behind downtown Houston.

First up was Faster Pussycat who brought their raunchy Los Angeles, Sunset Strip, rock to the masses that showed up early. They rocked through some of their best material including, Bathroom Wall, House of Pain and Slip of the Tongue. The band was in fine form and ready to rock.

Maryland based rockers, KIX, were up next and blew threw some of their classics. KIX is a band that loves to get the crowd involved. They've got the crowd interaction thing down. They are also riding high right now on their recent number one DVD release, Can't Stop The Show: The Return of KIX. Props to them for cranking out a new album and a new DVD to showcase the making of the album.

Headliners for the evening were Slaughter. Mark Slaughter brought his touring band to Houston which includes wild man drummer, Zoltan Chaney, who also drums for Vince Neil. Slaughter tore up the headlining spot and provided a great wrap up to this awesome throwback 80's Friday night.
